Info & Policies
- Link to register: HERE (starting March 20th)!
- Campers must be potty trained and able to use restroom independently
- Campers must follow instructors directions and get along well with other children.
- Camps that do not meet a minimum enrollment of 8 campers will be combined with another camp within 1 week of camp starting. In some cases that means camps will be a larger age range, other times you will have the option of transferring to another week.
- Our camps have a minimum enrollment of 5 campers and if they do not meet that, we will combine the camp ages. Dancers who attend multiple camps will get a 5% discount on their second camp (exception is no discounts on the 1 day super sale of $125).
- Campers attend independently and the family is invited to the last 15 minutes of Thursday for a special performance and arts and crafts showcase.
- Gluten free, dairy free, and dye free snacks and juice provided as snacks daily.
- Campers are welcome to wear attire inspired by the theme but it must also be secure and safe enough to cover their bodies in stretching and dancing (shorts under dresses and fitted enough to not go over head if somersaulting or stretching).
- Camps are charged at the time of registration.
- Should you need to cancel, you will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of $25. Cancellations or rescheduling must be done the Monday prior to the camp starting. Otherwise families will be responsible for full camp fee with no refunds.
- No-show campers are still charged the entire camp fee.
- Campers can transfer to another CVDA camp, if there is room, at any location up to one week prior to that camp start date at no charge.
What Our Clients Say:
This place is amazing! Every time I pick my daughter up she always screams "I want to go again, it's so much fun mommy!" Whenever I have a question it gets answered so fast and the info is always so helpful, the instructors are so friendly, and I know my children are safe here! Thank you CVDA!!!
"Dance skills are life skills"! We have been a part of the CVDA dance family for 5 years. We chose this for our daughter over school sports and we have no regrets. The teachers are well trained, attentive, kind, and positive. Our daughter has excelled in many areas in and outside of dance. This is largely a result of the opportunities she has had and the amazing role models (teachers and staff) at CVDA. Dance skills really are life skills.
It has been such a positive outlet for my kiddos, and gave them something to look forward to every week, even during the shutdown. I have been so impressed with the passion all the instructors pour into each and every class.
It's hard to put into words how amazing this dance studio is. They don't only teach dance at CVDA, Kristen and her team teach their students life skills like respect, confidence and how to give back to the community. We started our daughter in ballet when she was 5. It was amazing to watch our very timid shy daughter go into her beginners ballet class and come out with her head held high and a smile from ear to ear!
We found our home and second family. Each girl is ushered in and apart of a community that becomes family. The skills learned are way more than just dance related.
CVDA may be a dance studio, but what it excels at most of all is being an example of what it means for a business to exhibit virtue. That's not to say they don't have excellent training, they do - the instructors are talented, patient, and dedicated, and they have the trophies to prove it. Yet when you sign up for classes at CVDA, Kristen (owner) doesn't promise awards and scholarships, she promises your child will learn the skills necessary to be a positive, productive human being. Or as she puts it, "dance skills are life skills". As one example, they model positive contribution by actively serving and fundraising for the community every year.
