*FEBRUARY STUDENTS OF THE MONTH*
Every month our teachers like to shine an extra special light on students that are going above and beyond and deserve a special mention. Here are our February Students of the Month at our Newberg studio!
From Miss Vada
My dancer of the month is Kate (Katherine) Williamson from Beginning Acro in Newberg because she always follows directions and is always so excited to try every trick! She inspires her other peers and I with her love for acro and I’m so lucky to have her in my class!
From Miss Soren
Miss Soren’s Student of the Month is Abigail Prakin in Ballet 1. She always pays attention, fixes corrections as soon as they are given, and works her hardest in every aspect of class! Keep up the great work Abigail!
From Mister Casey
My dancer of the month is Annie Williamson from Ballet 3 on Thursdays. Annie has come into CVDA with a strong work ethic, independent nature, positive community attitude and drive to grow and solve problems that inspires even me as an educator. Always focused, driven, fresh and dressed to impress, these character qualities show in her growth and development as a dancer. Building better ballerinas!

My dancer of the month is Chandra Kungu. She comes into class every week ready to work hard and do her best. Her positive attitude, determination, attention to detail, and love of dance shine through in her dancing and are reflected in her constant improvement. She is truly a joy to have in class!

My student of the month for Newberg is Emma in Intro Acro. Emma comes to class with a smile and a positive attitude. Emma has improved so much this year in Acro, she works so hard every class and applies the critiques that are given to her. She is respectful, supportive and encouraging to other classmates and is always so positive!

Selah doesn’t let anything distract her from her goals. She pays close attention to her lessons and is great at picking up details. Super excited to see how much she can grow.

Caitlin Wall is my Newberg dancer of the month, and I chose her because she is excelling in focusing during class and remembering her formations and choreography!
